Together with their families

Maya & Daniel

September 12, 2026 The Berkshires
How it began

Our Story

We met on a rainy October afternoon, both reaching for the last umbrella in a tiny shop off Newbury Street. Daniel insisted Maya take it. Maya insisted they share it. We walked four miles that day and have been walking together ever since.

Six years, two apartments, and one very opinionated rescue dog later, Daniel proposed at the same little shop — umbrella in hand, of course.

Now we'd love nothing more than to gather the people we love in the hills where we spent so many weekends, and finally make it official.

Questions

Can I bring a plus-one? +

Your invitation will name everyone we've saved a seat for. If it says "and guest," bring your favorite person.

Are children welcome? +

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can let loose. Ask us about local sitters if you need a hand.

What's the weather like in September? +

Crisp Berkshire evenings — think low 60s after sunset. A wrap or light jacket is a good idea.

Is the venue accessible? +

Yes. There is step-free access to the ceremony and reception, and accessible parking near the entrance. Let us know how we can help.
